1. The attached puppy deposit totaling $500 dated 10/12/2024 is NON-REFUNDABLE AND NO CREDITS OR REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED FOR ANY REASON.

2. The $500 deposit charge will remain on the original method of payment, usually a credit card or debit card transaction. The $500 deposit is not refunded and is applied as cash at the time of sale, although no cash is actually transferred. The balance of the puppy sale is transacted with either credit card or debit card minus the $500 deposit. If the balance is paid in cash, the $500 deposit will show up on the receipt as a check, although no check is actually used.

The deposit holds the puppy for up to 24 hrs (unless noted otherwise) with the understanding that the above-named customer intends to purchase the puppy in full within this 24 hr time period. If the above-named customer later decides for any reason not to pay the total balance due within the 24 hr period, the deposit will be automatically forfeited. These terms and conditions for placing a deposit on a puppy are non-negotiable and the deposit may not be used for any other reason. By signing below it is understood that you are fully aware of the terms and conditions of placing the deposit on the puppy as specified above.
